thanks for the advice, will talk to national debt line! if the cards were taken out before 2005 are the enforceable?

whats my best option then? i owe about £60k, have no property and no real assets to talk of! sick of ducking and diving, is bankruptcy my only real option?

im not sure if i did, it was a long time ago! how can i find out if the are valid?

Hi, first time on here so please be kind!... ..i have a number of credit card debts due to being made redundant 4 years ago, at the time i offered a token payment to all of them as i wasnt earning of £1, which was accepted, since then i havnt been back in touch with them ( avoided really) and burried my head in the sand to be honest! i currently have them chasing me again and just dont know where to start? i have heard that because i never physically sighned an aggreement with them that they arnt enforceable? any advice would be very helpfull?
