Just Wanted to say thanks to everybody on here. Started paying my 25 Every two weeks , got a letter from the CT office Accepting the payment offer. Looks like a years Nightmere and Bailiffs Visit have to come to end , happy days Thanks and good luck

Thanks Tom , My goal was while the debt was with Bailfis to get it back to the CT office , as that was a nightmere as they had a walking Possesion on my Goods in the House which did not cover the Value of the Debt and our car which would not cover the vaule ether ,so i hope now i can move on and get an agreement with the CT office , I will return the form and HOPE and PRAY they Accept it ! Thanks Tom , What i was trying to get a Drift for here is process timescales if any of you know I have Recived the letter today which i enclosed. Dated the 21st of feb It Has attachet to it a Pre Comital request for Infomation This ask name etc if you have a Job , What benifits you get and how much you offer to pay a month So what i am Trying to Understand is . I have today Completed the Form offering to pay £50 a month around 12% of our Monthly benifit I will return this to the CT office tommorow However this mean it take nearly 4 years to Clear the Debt , What i am trying to Understand Is if the refuse what happens next ? Thanks I havent paid anything for a few months , as ive not been able to as i getting benifits now it reduced the total of this years CT i would say this year to clear Outstanding CT i have paid in the region of 600-800 Now been on JSA Since December its been a few montsh since anything was paid What the chance of going to prison , how far off this are we?

Thanks , I have the libitly details this has been going for about a year There were 3 1) Cleared 2) This years CT which is current at around 500 > Was 1200 3) and the year before for which ids the full years 4) which working i was paying 40 a week online , but as of november ive been out of work

Hello I have CT outstanding Debt of nearly 2k I have been paying What i can When i can , and now i am receving CT Benifit so going forward i should be in a better Postion I havent been able to pay anything in the last few months Its made up Of £400 last years , and the rest from the year before i have tried to clear what i can when i can I have been thro Bailiffs been round and 4-5 times , and now it looks like the debt has been passed back to the CT office This is the First i have heard about I recived a letter today The last line says "I will be Left with no Alternative but to issue a summons for your committal to prison" I have 2 kids and i am very concered there is a pink form attachted to offer payment what is my next move , i cant pay the balance myself and Partner are currently employed We got into this mess by trying not claim benifit and work tho last year when our bussines got into trouble, Any advice welcome How much shall we offer , if they dont like our offer is that it court and prison . Help Please!!!!

Hello I hope this is the right area sorry if it not A CCJ Judgment has been issued to me for the sum of £192.19 With the costs It says to pay Forthwith Been on benifits currently i cannot , is there form or something i can do send to the cort to pay it over installments Cheers James

There are 2 living rooms There is a Corner sofa in one , it dosent have the label on (or not one i can see) And there is a Normal table with 4 chairs in the other 2 Adults a 10 years old and 5 year old Cheers

This is what i thought and i wrote a long letter to RD I am trying to find the response as they stated they work on a 2 teir basis Basically the first vist vist then the removal bailiff will remove the goods and make a new list in all draws and cuboard etc I will try and dig it out Ive been paying the CT direct weekly as much as i can as per advice on here . ,but seems to have stepped up a level

The sofa probley dose have the tag on it somewhere never looked The tv is worth about a 100 tops The Cabinet and clock worthless (to them) As they have been in my property before , this is the issue . Yes they have been into the property ( big error on my part ) The good listed are An Xbox An Tv Flat screen 32 A clock A cabinet and a sofa I have treid to contest the levy with the CT office and they deemed it to fair

Hello and Thanks for Reading I got into Some Trouble with CT been Self Empolyed it been a hard few years I had 3 Libailty orders 1) for £300 odd Pounds - Cleared 2) for £1200 Currently at £800 -Been trying to clear this ( this is this years CT) 3)1700 Which is last years that i could not pay The Bailiffs have a walking Order for my Property They have been round a few time Today they came with a letter giving 24Hrs to Remove goods I advised i dont have the money and he advised he would be back tomorrow with a lock smith as i advised he could come in While he was hear he phones do arrange a locksmith Any advice would be helpfull

Thanks From when i first cam on here i have been paying each week online For my 3 Liabilty orders One is Cleared from 2009 one from 2010 i have the issue with as they gained entry This years i will have cleared by January so that should be no issue Its the one where they have gained entry i am worried about

Ok well update , I thought i had made some process after ringing the CT office and been told they had not recived my Letters and re taking them down i have had 2 in the post today Now both letters contradict each other i an told to irgnor the letter dated the 20th of september and olny Reply on the one dated 21st of September As such they not enter any Payments with me Ive enclosed the letters but i will give you a breakdown the figures are not quite right Liability Order 17.11.09 £247 Cleared Liability Order 15.8.12 Granted for 1221.00 current Balance 1054 Althought Letter say diffrent its a 100 off which the CT office Have seen as it was a payment i made in the Last few Days , this is this Years Counicle tax for the bill issued in April My bill for the Year is around 1500 i think Last Years CT when i was in a bot of Fincal trouble Liability Order 28.9.11 1492.85 > 1492.85 Still owing , alothough i have made some small payments on this still waiting for breakdown on fee's from Bailifs Ive enclosed the 2 Letters First the one saying they accpet my Offer I was happy with this but they advised my Offer form was in to Late, and that its been passed to bailifs already and the second letter dated the day after is what i should take as the current sitiation , Not happy, Whats my next Move? I sent them a letter saying id pay 100 a month which would clear it before the end of there finacal year 31 March Which they have lost so i have hand delivered with a recipt , also i have made this months payments online

Update I have sent to Hand delivered Letter to theCT office which they have lost So i have rung them There are 3 liabilty Orders One for 2010 which i have cleared with the baliffs this is not showing on the CT office system as cleared One for Last year ( the main one i am concernced about ) One for this year which i have been making payments online what i can afford but is in Arreas The CT office advise there is nothing they can do , And as i only have one CT Account number any payments i make online will go of this years bill Ive told them i plan to keep paying online , and they have advised the bailffs will contuie to persure the debt and incure costs Ive sent a letter to the Bailfis asking for the info on the Debts etc Whats my Next step this is consuming my Life Once again Cheers

Thanks i had some payments using Rossendales Online system so i need to exactly what the score is I guess my main fear is there is nothing from stopping them comming back and removing goods or car even tho this wouldent cover the debt , - so lets see what the CT office say cheers again James
