Hi am after some help, my house is due for repossession on the 21st october by NRAM. I have arrears of just over £3400 and have been to court twice before but in September I lost my job which meant I didnt have the money to make my payment on time. I phoned NRAM who said this would be ok as long as I made the payment. I did make the payment but it was late and since then they have said ive broken the court order so they are going for possession of the house. I now have a date which is the 21st. I am now back in work. Since I last went to court I have made all payments on time just this one was late. Can some one help with my statement for court. Thanks

Very happy, went to court to day and the judge has stopped the eviction for next week. He said what I have offered first plus seems fair and they should accept my offer.

Hi Ell-enn I asked and they said they would not be any around, so it looks like I will have to go alone on this. Hopefully I have a good case to stay in my house as I can now afford the payment and a little bit extra as well.

Hi Ell-enn, I took everything into court today and been given my date for this Thursday so fingers crossed.

Thanks for that I have now removed them. I hope it does go well as I dont want to lose the family home, especially when my mortgage company was fine with it and accept my payment of arrears.

Hi, Ive spoken to eversheds this morning who are dealing with this for first plus & they will not accept my offer. They want a lump some of money before they will accept it, which I don't have. So it looks like am going to have to fill in the N244 form and submit it on Monday. I cannot believe they are wanting to take a way someones house for arrears of £6027.88. Any help would be great.

Hi Am hoping someone can help me. Ive just been served with an eviction notice for my home from First Plus. The took my to court last september for eviction but suspended it as we cam to an agreement. I broke the agreement with them as was not working and have since started work again and made a payment this month. But today I was handed an eviction notice for the 28/3/2013. I have been in contact with eversheds to explain and made them a new offer on what I can afford but still waiting to hear back from them. Should I fill in an N244 form or wait to hear from them.

I missed octobers and made a part payment in November and a full one in December.

Been and handed my N244 forms into day and my hearing is on the 14th at 10:00

Hi Ell-enn, I have redone my budget sheet now and gone back to offer them £272 extra a month now, I have been given my eviction date today and its for the 17th of this month so need to be getting my N244 as soon as possible. I have attached my new budget sheet.

Hi should have my eviction date in the next couple of days, so should I stay with the amount I was paying then. With the TV package am tied in for another 12 months. any advice would be great as would like to get things moving as soon as I get my date.

I've still got over 12 years left. The £270 was the amount what they wanted at the very start. I must admit I do struggle paying that amount. But will a judge allow me to reduce that amount since I have been paying it?

I spoke with the bailiffs office today and they have not given me a date yet. I know the county court closes on friday for Christmas so not sure what to do at the moment. Do you think I will be able to keep the house?

Hi, just wondering if any one can help me. NRAM are trying to evict me from my house. I went to court for not paying my mortgage this july and got a second suspended eviction order. I have now broken this order again by missing 2 payments this was silly of me but my car broke down and needed to by another car for work as no car no work. I have phoned NRAM and told them this but they are proceeding with the eviction. I did another income & expenditure form over the phone with them and sent in everything they wanted ie Bank statements & Pay slips and even made them an offer but after waiting to hear from them they have said they want full arrears of £4500. I have not been given my eviction date yet so should I proceed and go to court as I do not want to lose my home.
