Hello Andy, Many thanks for your reply. It is regarding the sale of the former matrimonial home and the progress of the sale. He has made some wild accusations and assumptions that are not based on fact of which we have documented proof. I just wondered if the fact that this is addressed to her married name which is clearly not her name anymore makes this letter worthless. The letter also contained stipulations and conditions that were never in the original divorce agreement that both of them signed. I wondered where she would possibly stand on this? Hello, My partner has recently recieved a factually inept and incorrect letter from her ex husbands solicitor. In the letter it is addressed to her former married name and not her now maiden name. The divorce was signed and sealed in Feb 12. Does this make the letter invalid? I wondered what people would suggest to do with it? Thanks in advance for any help
