  8. Hi yes I have copies of the credit agreements and statements with all the figures you need.
  9. Hi just gone through another loan repayments from ppi are 12.19 per month however I settled the account from a new account to the amount of £873.11 and had settlement interest of £44.00
  10. Hi it is also stating that my ppi repayments per month where £31.72 so the monthly figure is higher than what you originally suggested at £24.72 the spreadsheet is now calculating a figure of £315.47 but how do I calculate the amount from the date that I paid the loan in full and received a rebate from my PPI
  11. The second loan I borrowed £1000 interest rate 41.9 % per month the ppi was worth £222.93 interest rate 41.9% per month it states monthly repayments on the ppi was £12.74
  12. hI I have inputted the repayments into the spreadsheet however what do I do when it gets to the refund section on the statement as I repaid £102.37 and £2528.91 to settle the loan. This left the account £182.62 in credit and they wrote the amount off with settlement interest. In total the spreadsheet calculates I am owed £240.78.
  13. Could someone tell me if the offer is right as I now have all statements for each loan
  14. I also have been battling with welcome as they are using the offset ruling to use Ppi funds of 7k to pay off a debt in joint names. One party went bankrupt, the other party didn't pay a penny and has never been chased in five years as the debt was written off. I was thinking of going to court as I am discharged from bankruptcy can you advise of a good solicitor to act for me. Welcome put an unauthorised 2nd charge on my mortgage without there consent there fore can I not sue them for irresponsible lending.
  15. Hi I responded to your email yesterday however I still havent had a response to confirm if you think the figures are correct and I really need to make a decision.

  19. Hi I challenged blackhorse finance and after many months of waiting i finally received an offer relating to four loan agreements. How di i email copies of the offers they have sent me to check the amounts are correct.
  20. I spoke to Blackhorse yesterday and they have advised that I paid around £250 on four loans towards PPI over a period of 12 months for each and then they add 8% interest on. they have calculated for all four loans plus interest all they owe me is £1300. They have also said that a policy I took out I cancelled therefore they rebated me all that i had paid on it therefore they dont own me anything. Should they calculate that if they owe me 8% interest over a seven year period they would have to add 56 per cent in interest. They are sending me all the paperwork through via email so what do I do if I do not accept there offer. I have looked at my halifax offer and I had paid £550 and after interest they paid me £1990 and that was on just one loan. Thanks Lisa
  21. Well they phoned me again today and they are saying as i settled all accounts early I am entitled to refund of premium paid over the time i paid it which was 12 months plus 8 per cent interest. However the interest is only payable for the year not the seven years i have been waiting for it. is this correct?
  22. sorry there are several claims the earliest dating back to 2002 I must have got my dates mixed up.
  23. Well I never thought it would happen however after a rejection letter I challenged the decision and I am awaiting my offer. I have been advised that it will take two weeks anyone any idea what i could get. Four loans one ppi valued at 6k however blackhorse advises me its 3k on a 15k ppi at £1000 and two others at £300 however all loans were settled within the first year. All the loans date back to almost seven years but i settled at 12 months. Can anyone give me an approximate value. They also advised they are going to compensate me for the distress caused.
