need help to get barclaycard statements from 1992-2005 i have sent tham a sar fab 2012 with £10 after 3 months they sent print out which is 30feet no statements or payments only my name and account no and the date i open the account

i wish if you could send me a copy of that letter that barclay says that they can give statements up to 12years back thx majeed1

hi dx100uk today i recived only my loan account number and policey number and start date and end with my £10 chq that i sent them for the sar and they say if i need full sar i need to send £10

so If they can not work out if the loans were too old how did they manage to work out the previous loans which were near enough the same years. A friend of mine is a lawyer I showed him all my paper works and told me not to go to the FOS which wil take a long time and just to write a letter first asking for full refund of all the loans plus interest. If not take them to court if they stil refuse to pay. What do u suggest? majeed1

Hi DX In my previous thread i mentioned where my PPI Loan was not upheld, well this morning i received a letter from Barclays stating that all my Loans were being upheld. They also advised they cannot work out a full refund due to the fact that these loans are too old. They have offered me a goodwill gesture of £3300. The loans i have taken out total to nearly £60,000. Previuously i had 2 loans upheld which dated back to 1997, yet these loans date back to 1998. For the last 2 loands which date back to 1997 i was offered £17,000. What i cannot understand is when they paid me for my loans in 1997, how can't they work out the PPI for the loans starting 1998 which was a year later. I am not willing to accept the offer as it really is unacceptable. What step should i take further?

but i still dont understand two loans from same branch and almost at one year apart were upheld but these ones are not upheld majeed1

last year I had 2 barclay loans which were upheld i think the reason they were upheld because I went through a company and paid nearly £4000. This time I thought il do it myself and they were 4 masterloans which i had ppi on. One thing i dont understand that last year my 2 loans were upheld and those 4 masterloans which i complained about this year were rejected and all the loans were taken out from same branch. I need some help pn what to do next. majeed1

so sorry my mistake, I meant to say that few weeks ago I put a complaint forward to Barclays about my ppi claim to my four loans which were rejected plus few weeks ago I sent a SAR and today I recieved my SAR which was uncomplete. There have not sent me my loan agreement or statements, the only thing which is there is only loan account numbers and since my claim has been rejected where do i go from here. regards majeed1

hi few weeks a go i put in complaint to barclay master loan ppi i had four loans back in from 1997 to 2004 and they have been not upheld do not what to do now i have the loan account number but no policy number. I have sent them a SAR they sent me info but full so told them if they do not send me full my accounts than will go to court can some one help me pls:-x thanks
