  4. sorry but a phones main pupose is a phone and if some people still wants it after you've been honest about it, at least they had the choice.
  5. point taken on the network. I'm talking about the companies who'll still sell you this knowing they're faulty. Why not just sell ipods as phones since there's no comeback anyway. You put you're trust in these companies and stuff like this happens surely the're partly responsible for selling you the phone. Can you try out the network instore? and some people order online.

This is a well documented problem with the new iphone seemingly because they put the antenna in the wrong place phone companies should be aware of this so why are'nt they doing anything about it? Tell you why : £45 PM They (Orange and P4U) will never accept any responsibillty for anything. I might be wrong here but I thought a cooling off period was law. Maybe somone in the know could tell us.
  7. Sorry, can't help but know how you feel. Wish someone from Orange whow knows would finaly put us straight as being charged for data through wi-fi. cause i've never heard of this in my life. If they do charge for this they're at it cause you're not using there signal. I think it's another case of making up the rules as they go along. If they do charge wi-fi data I definately would not be paying it. Good luck.
  8. sorry, I wasn't one of these grumpy hard to please customers but I became one after countless phone calls to different members of staff. It is mentally draining and then you become angry eventually..

  10. Yes that sounds like orange. Charging for data through Wi Fi (Rubbish). They started charging me data for orange maps which is free. But they sorted it by cutting me off orange maps perminently (Clever) Think some of them make it up as they go along. Good Luck.

  12. Yes Me too. I now refuse to speak to them and now they're threatening to send someone to my address. (trying The Intimidation Tactics) Still getting nothing!!
