Hi I have a car purchased through the funding corporation, I have one payment left and due to being made redundant at Christmas last year I cannot make it on time, I have called them and offered to pay next month they refused this and have issued a termination and seizure notice unless i rectify the situation in 5 days, ontop of this they are also asking for £900 in charges due to late payments, I have always paid but due to no job sometimes it was late. I have asked numerous times for the bill of sale and they have not provided it. what are my options as I am disabled and need the car, i am worried that they will just turn up and take it leaving me living in a small village with no public transport links. Please can somebody advise what i can do. thanks in advance

How Can You Open A Business Account With No Credit Score

looked good until i read this in there terms and conditions 13.9 The Financial Services Compensation Scheme is not applicable for this Card. No other compensation schemes exist to cover losses claimed in connection with this Card. This means that in the unlikely event that AFL becomes insolvent your funds may become valueless and unusable and as a result you may lose your money. would feel a bit uneasy putting all business money in there -
Hi there is a written agreement, my reasonong is that when she takes holiday there is no retaining charge, when i take holiday there is half fee payable. i submitted 4 weeks notice and she was on holiday for one of those 4 weeks, she is now trying to charge me full price for that week.

she is self employed and i assume she pays her own tax and national insurance,

Hi I have just terminated my child care contract giving the required 4 weeks notice. My childminder had a week of holiday booked for one of those four weeks, i do not pay for her holiday period. She is now insisting that i have to give her a full 4 weeks payment as its not her fault that she was on holiday. Is this correct.

How Can You Open A Business Account With No Credit Score

Well today i have tried my local Chamber of comerce with no joy, inBiz is only available to people on benefits, but i do have a glimmer of hope i called the national debt line who seem to think that the RBS foundation account should meet the needs of a limited company and they also indicated that people with adverse credit would be accepted, so fingers crossed and if all else fails at least in 6 monthe inBiz will be able to help me as i will be on benefits by then lol. -

I will try my local chamber on monday, i just wish that the new government would make some kind of ruling to ensure all new startup companies are given a fair chance to get going and not hit a brick wall at stage one. -

How Can You Open A Business Account With No Credit Score

I am in the same position i have signed contracts for my business but i cant open a business bank account anywhere as i have had a CCJ in the last 6 years, it is just so frustrating that no one will even entertain me, the only people who seem to think they can help are on the web who offer a garunteed business account service for a fee but i am reluctant to give money away.
