Well my daughter was born in Feb 2003, the only thing is this web site was a agency which took a percentage approx 25% if I was to receive a rebate, I was wondering if any one was able to advise firstly is this correct can I be entittled to a rebate and secondly how can I do this myself and save the agency fees
  10. I hope someone will beable to help me the story goes like this I bought a car from arnold clark in janurary which the sales guy suggested the warrentry (autocare)which cost £399 and he claimed that everything appart from the tyres was covered, and that the first MOT was free, however I have a few problems with the car major oil leak, exhaust was rustly and came apart this was when I found out that the sales guy had mis-sold the warrenty as the masterfit department explained that there is many things not included and my MOT is not free however half price this was my first car i have bought at a dealership all my others was private or auction buys. I was wondering if there is any law which this is in breach of, and has anyone got a templete complaint letter which i can send to arnold clark, iam hoping to start this asap.

  15. Hi there I am currently trying to get bank charges back from my bank (Bank of Scotland). These charges were over a 6 month period last year when i lost my job and received no benefits and had to live of £60 per month. Anyway i went to the bank and stated that the banking code states they should help me through my financial difficulties which they never. After i send my first letter they reponded by saying no and enclosed their complaints procdure leaflet, which stated they would respond within 5 working days, infact took them 11 working days . Anyway after several letters to them they are still not refunding anyway the total amount was £1292 without debit interest and i was requesting a refund of £300. Can anyone give me any tips as i am getting no where
