to be honest im not certain if they have been instucted to come. i am trying to find the last letter i received which is proving difficult. by the time i finished talking to marston the courts were shut so i will have to wait untill tomorrow. Am i able to visit the courts and just pay the original sum or do i now have to pay marston?

Hi people last year i was given a £110 fine for none payment of t.v licence. i had lost my job and totally forgot about this i did recieve maybe two letters since then. Today marston came to the house and basically told me i need to pay the sum of £335 in the next 24 hours or they will come with the police and locksmith to remove goods!! i am in no way able to pay this i have phoned my dad and he said that he will help me out but he will pay the original fine to the courts of £110. He tells me if i phone the courts i can pay them and get a receipt and show it to marston when they next come. Is this true? any help with this matter is greatly appreciated
