  1. BT are Full of It.Recently signed up from Tiscali Package to BT Package. They offered a £50 Credit incentive for Tiscali Customers.First Bill arrives with no credit and is £45 instead of £34.79 for the first three months.Call them and they amend it to £34.79 but was told maybe it will show up on the next bill with no guarantees of the correct amount the next time as they signed me on the wrong package which they don't want to amend. What the Hell. I need some advice. Are they in breach of contract. What can i do to resolve the matter or maybe get out of this contract.Tiscali bills were a bit high but at least i never had any issues with them.
  2. OK.Mate.Il write it now, post it the morning and keep you updated with a response.
  3. You may be right there. What do you think i should do now in detail, step by step considering you know most the facts now.I realise you are not a professional but every opinion helps.
  4. Thanks Mate.Rep Added.I think i'm going to follow your advice and go after both of them and see whos cracks.People are giving me different opinions stating i should go after the responsible party DHL.I was also told i accepted their T/C's. My point is,they state lost and apparently they couldn't find it.This is a dillema. Its scanned from place to place so if it "lost" within a vicinity,it can be found. If it isn't there, then its been removed from the vicinity and is stolen.Thats a logical assumption. Appreciatte your help. Thanks Mate
  5. Thanks for your reply.Did you get fully compensated.Did you go to court. What exactly did you do to threathen them with legal action, was it verbal, writing to both companies.Im hoping to learn from your experience.
  6. :DAimed at LegalPickle. What do you think.
  7. Okay Mate.I see your point there.I'm P2G's customer and P2G is DHL's customer.Acceptance of P2G's T/C's & not DHL's.Subcontracting.How sure are you bro.I don't want to go all the way to end up back where i started.
  8. Another thing who should i take up.DHL Provided the service but P2G sold it to me.P2G acts as a broker but DHL is responsible for losing the item
  9. I totally agree.Pile on the pressure to make them see you are dead serious, maybe they will setltle and save you the money to go to court.Thats what i'm doing at the moment after speaking to a solicitor. My situations is almost the same.Sent with P2G&DHL.Lost £1000 Acer Laptop in London Colney which was sold on Ebay and on its way to Sweden.I didn't take out the extortive extra insurance to ensure items safety.Been 2 months and received no reply.Called P2G and they offered a settlement of £43.70 and the £30 courier charges.I told them this is unacceptable, they were in breach of contract&failed to provide the service with due care and attention as a courier company. Barclays Legal Helpline say i should put in a claim stating they are responsible for They failed to do the job with due care and attention and are in breach of contract and therefore responsible for my financial loss. This has put me in a financially vulnerable position.I need some help and support here. What do you guys think i should do.Any help would be welcome. Regards Devan
