Hi all, first post - so please be gentle! Am about to embark on removal of several defaults on my file, and have chosen to remove the one that 1st credit have placed on my file, without me ever even having sight of it! It was put on my file by them in October 2008, it relates to a credit card balance from HSBC, and HSBC already have defaulted me! The original HSBC 'agreement' dates from Dec 2004, and have long stopped chasing me, they just stick the 'D' on my file each month. Which letter should I send to 1st Credit and which one to HSBC?
