  1. hi boonyed. Congrats on winning recieved our court date for the 31st january and looking forward to it. Was hoping that Barclays would pay up before the end of the year as this has dragged on for nearly 6 months now Was interested to find out what you wrote in your letter to KJ? I am tempted to phone him to try and get him to settle sooner if that isnt the way to go then i wanted to email him. Any tips on what to put? Regards and congrats again. Paul.
  2. ah ok. Thought that as he is the one listed on the bottom of our court papers then it would be him were dealing with :/
  3. no one answered if i have to send it directly to keith jeremiah or the address we have been using all along? Also i remember reading some other cases and a few people were sending a letter to KJ and got payouts a lot earlier. Anyone remember this letter? if so any chance i could have a copy? Regards Paul.
  4. Can i ask, sorry for bing a bit lazy. I have tried reading all of the stuff in the court bundle. And to be honest im kinda getting lost in the lingo Do we need to print of every single page in the court bundle?
  5. thanks for the replys guys. As were getting to the nitty gritty were now getting more cautious with what we need to do. Karen (my partner) has photocopied all the copys of her statements at work, so there is enough for us the bank and the court. Im assuming thats right? I also believe we have to send each a copy of the charges we did on the xl spreadsheet? also copies of all correspondence we have had with Barclays? (once again enough for all 3 of us) It says statement of evidence, on our court papers. Im assuming that means all of the oft reports e.t.c that is in the court bundle? If not then help!! Do i send this to keith jerremiah or do i send it to the address at Barclays that we have been using? Also im guessing recorded delivery is the way togo? Thanks for the replys. Paul & Karen.
  6. do you know where i can get all the stuff together for the court bundle?
  7. Just to let you all know, we have finally got a court date for the 31st january 14:00 at leicester. Anyone enlighten us as what we need to do now? Please.
  8. that is just rediculous. Have you phoned them at all? when we first phoned them they said they have lost the paperwork. Now they have found it, they keep telling us to phone back every 2 weeks, and they are behind. I can only hope its all the bank charges being reclaimed that are holding the system up
  9. no one seems to wanna reply to my messages
  10. Phoned the court today, Been told that it has now been passed back to the judge with "bank charges". The lady said she thinks he didnt notice what sort of claim it was (fills us with hope) Can this be thrown out of court?
  11. hi all, getting a bit disheartened. STILL havent heard a thing from the courts. Surely they cant drag it out as long as this before contacting us? We have to stick to strict timetables given to us by the court yet they can do what they like? Doesnt seem right to us
  12. unfortunatley you do, but you will get it all back when you win When you eventually get a court date that is
  13. anyone know if the court had to go by a set timescale as we do? We have to get our forms in by a ceratin time yet it seems the court can do as they please. Still havent heard anything and getting prtty down hearted at the moment
  14. Hi all, just to let you know we phoned the court as it has been ages. They have told us they have lost all of our forms e.t.c We are now waiting to find out what is going on as this is basically taking the buiscuit. Ill let you know whats happening when we find out
  15. Thanks for the link above, still cant find what happens next? We havent heard anything from the court so where kind of panicing now
  16. Just letting ya know, AO was hand delivered yesterday. What happens next and whats the timescale?
  17. Right, have phoned the Court and they have said cash is fine (Gonna hand deliver it) Just wanna double check on section G. Am i right that all i have to put in there is that it wont take any longer then an hour?
  18. im not sure what to put as i dont wanna screw it up, plus can i hand deliver the AO? also do they take cash for the £100? (Had to raid the penny jar )
  19. filling out me AO, done most of it but dunno what to put in section G. I have written that it should take no longer then an hour but the template states something about documents? What documents shall i mention i will be taking in there?
  20. Hi, Personally we havent claimed back the interest as if Barclays bring up that they are charging us for a service then we can use the fact that we havent claimed for the interest so this should cover the costs. As im a bit new to all this that is only my opinion but hey, i could be wrong
  21. Hi all, Good old barclays filed their defence on friday 18th august. Then recieved their defence and the allocation questionaire through today. (thought i would be waiting a lot longer) Im gonna go through it tommorrow night so please forgive me as i will be asking loads of questions P.S. kinda s**ting a brick at the moment
  22. so what happens if that doesnt turn up in the 28 days from the date they were issued the claim? Im assuming we start judgement?!?!
  23. Hi all, just a ikkle question. Money claim shows our claim as aknowledged. If/When they file their defence what will it change to? Only reason im asking is i dont wanna sit here after their 28 days are up and start judgement unless im meant to wit for something else to appear. Regards Paul.
  24. Just got the aknowledgment letter through today. Good old keith jeremiah is the man who can Has any one got a copy of this letter that has been sent about settling out of court? Would be handy to have a copy now Also any tips on getting them to settle sooner would be great
