I have received from Natwest only transaction of all my accounts including my loan account but no PPI information at all. What should I do next?

Hi: I have send the Subject Access Request letter to the NatWest concerning my loan together with the £10 postal order. Today I received the answer and all I got is a piece of paper with my loan paymnet installements since I started, my name and account number and dates. There's no information about PPI or anything I see relevante? Don't tell I just paid £10 for a printed statement. That I can print myself from the internet banking. Thank for the reply... I don't know why but I feel more inclined to send it all to the main office. Is that a problem if I send it to the main office instead of the local branch? Doesn't the main office got all the info about my accoutn as well? Thanks

I've a loan with Natwest. My questions: This SAR letter need to be sent to my local Natwest branch where I got the loan from, or does it need to be posted to their Head Quarters? Thanks

Hi: I got a loan from natwest 2 years ago but they did not give any agreement or paperwork. After one year I extended my loan and so it start all over again for another 60 months payment again no agreement given. I was wondering if I can get some PPI back, but first I want to find out if my loan got PPI. So I would like to ask how to submitt a SARN request to Natwest. Is there a template letter for this? Also this request need to be send to my local natwest branch or to the headoffice? Do I need to include a £10 fee in a form of postal order or cheque? I assume the SARN will show if I got PPI or not on my current loan. Thanks for the answers.
