if you do decide to stop paying them try to put the money aside if you can for a while cos they might suddenly come up with the cca and expect you to pay but thats still a long way off

coop now says i have 7 days to fill an income exp form and make a new offer to pay or they are going to default me if i agree verbally to a new set of reduced payments can i still cca request them

because i could not afford to pay the payments on my coop loan some months ago the coop closed my privelage account and added the loan balance £7000 ish and my £800 overdraft together and arranged for us to pay a reduced payment on the resulting balance for the last 6 months after seeing info on this site i wonder if that would have required a new cca to be signed(didnt sign anything)or would the original agreement still be valid surely putting the 2 balances together constitutes a new transaction or am i wrong any advice pleeeeeease
