Just wanted to update you all that the appeal went extremely well, my brother was re-instated and re-imbursed for lost wages! The Manager he had trouble with has now "suddenly" left the company and my brother has been selected for promotion - so there really are happy endings in some cases. Thanks for all your help and support with this it was invaluable reading some of these posts :-):-)
