I secure mailed EGG on 24th May with DPA request only to get reply saying Dear XXXX Thanks for your message. I've passed this request onto our Data Maintenance team. They'll contact you with further information of any steps that you need to take in order to obtain the information. I've asked them to contact you as soon as possible. Should you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Regards Manpreet Sandhu Internet Customer Services Shortly afterwards i recieved a letter including the standard 7 page form to complete and post back with proof of ID and £10 DPA charge, Not wanting to give them any reason to delay further i did this. I then recieved my proof of ID back with an accompanying letter saying they will provide statements within 40 days from then ! My first question to you guys is should i accept that i will recieve the information when they are ready or should i insist that 40 days began from my original secure email request and therefore thay have until 03rd July to provide statements ??? I have a few other lenders to pursue and on looking through the site EGG seem to be the most stubborn and unco-operative, Anyone at the advanced stages with EGG yet? Thanks in advance and good luck all !!!!

Boonyed v Barclays **WON**
richardkc2000 replied to boonyed's topic in Barclays, BCard and Woolwich successes
Ditto ! Good luck boon I will be following this thread closely as have just started tallying up what Barclays owe me today. I would like a bit of advice though please as i have only kept my statements for the past three years. Shall i DPA them or just claim back what i know they owe me ? Also has anyone included Barclays additions fees and overdraft interest charges or are they legal and should be left out. Thanks Mod note: Please start your own thread with this query. You can then add any progression without hijacking this thread.
