  2. Hi All , i have been using Ebay for the last 2 years buying and selling items with 100% feedback, we have always paid the fees in full by paypal and never had any issues. This week Ebay Blocked my account stating we have broken their rules, we emailed them asking why and they confirmed that my sister had an account with ebay and has not paid the fees therefore my account has been closed. 1, Yes my sister is unable to repay her fees now unempolyed. 2, we both live at the same address therefore account now closed. they have stated my account will be reopened if i pay the fees can they do this action as ebay seem to make up the rules any feedback would be great cheers
  3. Hi All I have now got my date for the BR hearing at my local court which is 10th FEB is this the only court hearing ? or are there a few to attend, i have had a few creditors chasing me this week, should i inform them that i have applied for BR or not inform them at this time. cheers

Hi All We have moved out of our house and confirm the last meter reading and British Gas have sent the final bills, at present we are unable to repay the accounts due to myself filing for BR, iam not working and claiming employment & support benefit and my wife works part time. They call every day about 6 times per day, we have offered £20.00 month paid direct from ourn bank, but so far they have refused the offer and demend the full outstanding amount. So we keep going around and around, we have sent a cheque for the £20.00 for each account, what more can we do ? also the accounts are in my name as well, should i include them in my BR any help would be great cheers
  5. Hi We are living in a rented house now but our house has got tennants in it who have a 6mth lease the rent they pay is paid direct to the lender, what should we do regarding the tennants ? cheers
  6. hi all i have had action to place a charge on our house from Barclays to the sum of £17k their is no extra funds in the house and already loans secured on it, we are behind with the barclays loan to the sum of £180.00 if we pay the amount stated on the court papers will this stop them placing the charge or can they still place the charge. I have already applied to be made BR on 10th FEB 09 and the house is up for sale, should i let barclays place the charge on it and when iam BR will the barclays loan become unsecured and included in my BR. Cheers

The best way to apply is via the telephone you give your details first then they will confirm in the post which confirms the date you are to go to the job centre during the interview you will be asked to confirm the information you gave over the phone, you can also claim for housing help if you are in rented house, school meals, and help with your council tax as well. It not nice to claim but times can get hard, we have been through it over the last few weeks, also if you need cash now you can apply for cash loan so you need to ask regards Good luck

I have got a debt of £17k which barclays want to place a charge on our house, their are already 3 charges on it at present which uses all the value, if the charge is placed and once the house is sold the first 3 charges will be repaid , what will happen to the barclays charge as by then i will helpful BR. The barclays account is behind payment to the sum of £176.98 thats what the solicitior is stating should i pay the outstanding and will this stop the court placing the charge and once iam BR the debt is gone. Just Thinking, i have completed all the details on the Insolventry web site which are ready to submit, one of my debt has issued a CCJ for the sum of £28k which i can not repay and they called stating if i do not pay they will issue BR so if they issue do i have pay fees or let them issue, our house has no spare cash as it already has got 2 secured loans on it and at present we have have tennets living in it and the rent is sent direct to the lender who is happy for this as they are selling it. We are selling the house jointly with the lender and the tennants are on 6 mths lease only as iam unable pay the morgage following an accident by putting tennants in funds are paid towards to morgage and once the house is sold the 1st charge & 2nd Charge will be repaid and their is no extra funds, any feedback will be great cheers

Today i have been informed that a company have issued action to reclaim a debt via a personal guarantee to the sum of £28k also i have got 3 CCJs as well, what will happen to the claim as it was confirmed today. I have been paying small amounts regarding the CCJ claims should i stop paying once i have filed for BR. any feedback would be great cheers
  12. if you can confirm with paperwork the car is not in your name they can not touch it or remove it, don`t let them into your home unless they have got a court order
  13. Thanks. iam currently on Empolyment support and have been ill for the last 6 mths, i own around £60k and my company has gone under as well, which means BR is the only way to move forward. Do i still have to pay the full amount to file and do i have to book an appointment at the court or just hand in the papers cheers

  15. No sell it to your brother,sister mum or dad , it then has no issue with the OR or your BR as you have access to the car but do not own it

Hi We are in the same position so your not on your own, my business closed after a fall, unable to work and behind on the repayments, we have got loans secured on the house and the house price has dropped £30k in the last 12 mths, we have put a tennant into the property for 6mths and the rent covers the main loan, and the 2nd loan we pay a small amount after confirming to the lender our income, we have moved into a rented house and filing for BR in Jan 08. When the house is sold their will be a shortfall on the loans but they move to unsecured and will be inc in the BR, once the BR is filed the OR will write to your lender informing them of your BR, but as long as they are getting payments from the rent they should hold the sale until the house prices increase. The OR will need confirmation from the lender once it is sold any funds are sent to the OR . Try to keep the house and hope prices increase it helps repay loans etc etc cheers

Some Details 1, We have a family home, but due to illness unable to pay the repayments, so we put a tennants into the house who makes payments which covers the loan repayments. 2, We have signed up with lender who will arrange to sell the house in about 6mths using local agents, but as houses are not selling they have given 6mths until they start pushing the sale, but they requested the repayments be kept upto date, so put tennats into the house for 6mths so the paymets can be made. 3, When i file for BR in Jan 08 can they take items from our rented house which i share with my wife and kids, the house is rented from a family member thus very very cheap. cheers
  18. i had a car and currently owe £13k to welcome following my fall (broken leg & Ankle ) been off for 18 weeks now and on employment income only ie £94.59 week, first thing is to send to welcome your income details confirming that you can only pay a small amount if its unsecured they may file for a CCJ again send the income details to the court and in most cases the judge will accept your amount, send all letters by recorded mail good look,

Iam looking to file BR early in the new year, we have got a house which has now got tennants in for 6mths months and the lender is happy once house is sold they get repaid and the payments from the rent is sent direct to the lender, we are in a rented house with my family once i file BR can they remove our house hold goods from our family home i share with my wife and kids. Hi All i tried to claim due to Paypal charge and got nowhere lost £390.00 goods signed for by customer himself but claims the handwriting is not his paypal refunded account left in neg to the sum of £390.00 My dad has now had his ebay and paypal closed becuse i live at the address and his own account was in credit and good feedback they have state unless fees are paid and the neg balance his account will stay closed BLACK MAIL Ebasy and Paypal RIP OFF EVERYONE

Hi hope someone can help, l leased a car in march08 and following a fall in june 08 the car has not been used now out of work i asked for the car to be returned which they collected, and now they have issued me woth an invoice for the full hire cost plus damage. Firstly they have had the car back and re hired it out so they are getting hire costs and state they can still make me pay the outstanding amounts 1, if i have to pay the full amount we would have kept the car 2, They can not return it as its been hired out 3, the damage was a small dent 50p size and they have invoice lump sum £800 plus with no confirmation beak down which we asked they are chasing me every day any help would be great rippedoff15

I have completed all the details requested on the forms via the insolventry web site and ready to submit, but iam currently not working and unable since a fall and signed off until thje end of march 09 therefore we have no cash to pay fees, how can file for bankruptcy if i can not pay fees cheers
