hi I received a ccj for a credit debt £450 I offered them £6 a month they have refused that I told them my only income is my state pension , they told me they will get attachment of my state pension can they do this thanks

i am in debt to barcley card £1400. i have lost my job and cannot afort the min payment, i have offerd them £12 a month but they are refusing that, they say they will get a ccj to get there money back in full. i dont want a ccj on my records. will they go for a ccj or is this a bluff, thanks for any help, i have sent for my cca, already

can someone help me please. i have a debt with b/c , £1550. i have lost my job and can not aford the min, payment, i have ofered £12 a month , mersers and b/c have said this is to small, and wont acept it, and they have said they will go for a ccj. i am trying to avoid this, at all costs , is there any thing else i can do, or will they pass this debt on to someone else, thanks for any help

i work at a unervercity but only in term time i have a running contract, i only work and get paid for 29 weeks , the other 23 weeks i dont get paid for when term time ends, i ham single and dont have any other incombe coming in, and no asets or money in the bank, can i claim j s a, i have been told i can not because my hours are over 16 a week when i do work, thanks for any help cheers, ill cladley donate if some body can find the answer

can somebody help me, i work as a cleaner, at a college, 18 hours a week, i only work term time, i dont work 22 weeks of the year and dont get paid when i am off work, can i claim jobseekers allowance when i am not working, thanks for any help

just fill the form in and go you are intitled to two weeks off a year you are not surposed to go abrord but they will not know

i have just claimed tc over 50, i work at a university cleaning 21 hours a week, but only in term time 3 weeks off easter. 12 weeks off sumer break 3 weeks off xmas, with no pay . do i still get tax credits on my time off, thanks for any help

i have sent a cca to ist credit 40 days a go they have still not replyed to my request they have recived the letter because royal mail delived it i have proof, not even a letter to say they can not find it, what do i do next, i am paying them £20 a month whitch is more than i can aford i am on jobseekers allowance ,

the account was opened online in 2007 . so if they produse the cca there will be no signatue on it, is it still legal . im confused
