I was going to get the car repaired on monday because i need it to transport kids to school and gert the mot done as at the moment the car is about to run out of tax too so can i skip the first one and just send him the repair quote and have it repaired?

Hi, I need some help with a Cowboy Mechanic, Here's the story, I advertised for a mechanic to repair my anti-roll bar links, i had a few replies and chose one who could do it on the evening that i requested. He came down and started to do the droplinks on the rear of the vehicle, he done the drivers side with a bit of trouble with seized nuts, so he bought an angle grinder to get them off, which i checked online first and this is the general solution with this. when he done the passengers he just used the angle grinder from the go and as he was cutting he caught my shock absorber, and cut through the cylinder that holds the hydraulic oil and it poured out. he was kicking himself, he then sorted the droplink out and put the wheel back on he said that he would price up the shock absorber and bring it down to me i paid him £30 out of the £50 quoted due to the mishap and said i would pay when he gave me the part, i have his address and his mobile number that was wednesday 4th i text him with no response so i messaged his partner who recommended him to me and this is what i got Me Please can you ask ray to get in touch please Her U owe him so get the part and get some else to do it Me um no he owes me if he is not going to get the part i will go to solicitors and take him to court for full price of the part and labour plus costs so all i want is the part off him Her **** off get a life and stop trying to rip him off u owe him money u cheecky git !!!! Me um so he ****s up my shock absorber and i owe him ok have it like that i will be seeking legal advice and taking him to court which will increase the amount that he owes me by 3 fold all i want is £40 off him so i can get the part he is the ine who ****ed up my car so he owes me Her What ever u r the one is ****ed up and dont treathened people u dont know dont text me again bye !!!!!!!! Hi all, I started a job with a small local supermarket for a driving job on the 6th of April. In my interview I had produced my other qualifications and the MD seemed very pleased with the qualifications I had (SIA Licence and PAT Testing qualification) and started me the Tuesday after the Easter Holidays. I explained in my interview that I had previous disqualifications on my licence which have now been spent on my licence and cleaned off my paper part of my driving licence. I did not explain any more on it except they were from between 5 and 8 years ago and when I was a juvenile. I had been requested to give them a copy of my CRB Disclosure from when I had my SIA Licence back in Feb 2010 so they could put it on my file. So I took time out of my day to give them my CRB on Saturday on one of my days off. I got into work this morning and I was called straight into the MD's Office by the MD and he had my CRB disclosure in front of him and he said to me that he was not happy that I didn't disclose this to him in my interview. I explained that all the convictions were Spent under the Rehabilitation Act and they shouldn't be taken in to any inconsideration now because they were not active liable convictions. I also explained they were when I was 16-17yo and that I am now a mature, married man with a 4 year old son to support but he just looked at me with disgust and said that his Insurance Company would not insure me with a record like that then said that the payroll were doing my P45 as we speak and that he is dismissing me from their employ as of now. Then had the Area Manager escorted me from the shop and said that the P45 and my CRB will be in the post. In their Employees Handbook they state that in the 3 month probationary period that they are to give one weeks notice and I am to do the same if I was to quit. Have I got a case? I had been given a contract draft which he asked me to look at over the weekend and return it to him on today which I stupidly left in his office. can anyone help with a letter of appeal before I contact employment tribunal about this.

Yea this is the same thing the order of Execution is the court bailiffs so when I enter the N245 form it will stop them knocking ok But as u said i dont believe that i should be paying this as it was part of my rent but have no proof. My Ex-neighbour who is with the same agent didnt pay for hers although her Contract was the same.:-?:?

Hi I have a CCJ Which i havent made no payment agreements as of yet to pay as i am on JobSeekers Allowance and actively looking for work. A Baliff from my local County Court called out when i was out before Xmas and left a letter. Well this morning I had another visit which I didnt answer and left another letter. As Below: - 14 NOVEMBER 2008 NOTICE OF NON PAYMENT OF WARRANT To the Defendant We agreed how you would pay the warrant but you have not kept to that agreement Unless you pay the warrant to the court office before:- 15th January 2009 your goods WILL BE REMOVED AND SOLD. ANY ADVICE CAN THEY ENTER THE PROPERTY EVEN THO THEY HAVENT BEEN IN THE HOUSE? SO U KNOW THEY ARE COURT BALIFFS NOT A DCA BALIFF. No the landlord's agent stated this to us on the signing of the contract (which was witnessed by my mother - in - law which is a social worker) but everytime we gave her the letters she said that the landlor was going to pay she has really screwed us over havent she :(

details of ccj Creditor was a sewerage water company - brey services what happened was i was renting a house and the rent was inclusive of water rates which my landlord's agent said was inclusive of all water rates and we were getting letters in landlords name which we forwarded on but then they started to come in our name which we also sent to our landlord via the agent cause she said that it was inclusive of the rent. we moved out last year and we started getting letters at our new address again this time they said that they had our previous tenancy agreement which the landlord's agent sent to them and in there it states that we were responsible for sewerage charges and we denied this and it was sent to court then for this ccj please help dont know what to do dewi ps there is two seperate ccj's one on me and one on my wife for the same debt is this right?
