I have been with Bournes on a debt managment plan for 6 years, have just been told that they are in administration. I have a 'savings pot' of £10k which was to be used to negotiate full and final settlements. Surely as this is my money it is protected, I am being led to believe that I might not get any of it back which will add to my debt problems. Is there any protection please?
