We live in CA postcode and MRS got letter that due to nature of her DLA claim she would be one of the last to be moved to PIP. We will be moving in the next month or 2 to an SR postcode, will this affect her claim or will she still just be asked to apply when the remained are transferred to PIP around October ?

This is understandable as the appear to have been sold/assigned an account that is in dispute as no advance was ever received

Nov 2014 and not likely to be a creditor from the amount. Court listed as business centre. Can I phone to find out who it is an apply to set aside so that I can challenge it?

I was viewing my Noddle credit report after receiving a letter from my CC issuer increasing my interest rate due to a change in my risk profile. I found a small value CCJ at my old address issued 6 months after we moved out. I have no idea what it was for and I have never received any claims or court papers. What can I do as this will affect me getting a job due to background and financial checks required for the position.

About a year ago I applied for a loan from pounds2pocket. During the application I mis typed my account number and the funds never came to my account. I immediately informed P2P who said they had to wait until the funds bounced back and they would consider the loan withdrawn from. After much tooing and froing, I was left with no option but to tell P2P to take me to court as they would not accept that I hadn't received the funds. I can easily prove this with bank statements from the time. Recently I have found on my Noddle credit report that a different firm has registered a default against me. I disputed this with Noddle claiming there never was an account however the company who has bought or been assigned the alleged debt refuse to remove it. What is the best and easiest way to deal with this?
