Hi there, Thanks for the reply on the other thread joncris. The agreement is due to finish in April 2009, it was a 36 month agreement. Just to recap, i am one month in arrears of £221 and have accrued over £900 in charges.

HI everyone, I am a new member and this is my first post. I am in a real financial mess but slowly sorting myself out. I have several debts which have spiralled out of control over the past 4 years but the first one I would like to tackle is a HP agreement with Private and Commercial finance (start Apr 06). I am one month in arrears despite paying at least the monthly payment of £221 everymonth since November. I have so far accrued over £900 in charges and they are saying there is nothing I can do about them they are lawful!! Can anyone suggest how to get the ball rolling in claiming these back I have already tried to speak with my 'account manager' but got nowhere. They are all agressive and rude. Thanks
