If jacket is for work can you claim a certain ammount of expenses from taxman which might offset the £100 lost? If you have reciept then there would be no time limit on claiming back from tax man.

Only a thought but having been harrassed by receiving numerous phonecalls from Blair Oliver and Scot and Nationwide I saved the phone number so that it would show up when they rang. Also subscribed to BT choose to refuse £3.95 month and managed to barr them when they next phoned. Useful but expensive but satisfying to know that I had peace of mind and that they could not get through. I also had letters saying Mr Green would come around on a said date but he never did. I also sent a letter mentioned above to Blair Oliver and Scot. Dont lose heart their are a lot of brilliant ideas and people on this site.

Could anyone say whether the above address is most current? Trying to post a claim today I was told that the address in Farnsby Street was not on the Post office database and on searching postcodes SN38 9NQ did not produce any results. Should I post to NN3 6NW?

I registered a couple of years ago but probably from a different e-mail address but also could not remember my user name. Now I have at last opened a separate bank account at the advice of Payplan. I now feel it is about time I reprinted my letters to Nationwide to claim back all penalty charges. Several years ago they declined 10 dd and I was charged £300 the following month. Just a difficult time but there have been lots of other times as well. I have been with Nationwide for over 30 years. We started with the Anglia and have been with them since that time. Today I have 7 creditors that are chasing me but 5 have agreed to the Payplan offers. Nationwide and Nationwide CCS are the only ones that are still trying to force me to cough up more than I can offer. Most have stopped charges and interest but Nationwide charges are more than the ammount I pay them each month so the debt will not reduce. Still now I will stump them with demand for bank charges and see how they squirm! Sorry just wanted to talk. easter bunny
