Hi I ve been reading the vast amount of threads on the lovely Cabot/Morgan cases . . . . I have recieved a claim form from Northampton, the CAB have been helping me deal with these delightful people to no avail, It seems I have 2 options 1- try and make a offer to repay a proportion of the debt cutting out all the interest they added or 2- Dispute it and attempt to right my defence .........scary? I would like to fight it, but am not in a position to pay a solicitor to represent me, can anyone help me - just acknowledged the claim and requested more time - shall I call them to confirm dates that I have to send my defence in ?

.......Thankyou , thankyou , thankyou , i am now all geared up to take these cowboy s on , do Cabot actually take any one to court...... how in this day and age can these people be allowed to carry on.... going to email that bloke on gmtv and ask him they need to shame them on national telly? ...or has he already....no more sleepless nights for me.. have sent my £1 and have my recorded delivery slip safe so await a response...... will let every one know what happens next.......... :grin: :grin: :grin:

hi...just found this fab site ...sat reading for hours...hoping someone may be able to offer ....well anything really.....had letters from cabot financial my partner told me to ignore,,,,but me being me could not hate the thought of some one turning up on my door step....I called ....and after reading all the threads big mistake....bloke bullied me ...and before i knew agreed to pay them.....argh...my partner went beserk....and i can t believe it but now they ve had a payment there s nothing i can do now is there:???:
