It's from the Member Services saying: "I've only just recieved yoru details from Customer Care manager, and will be reviewing them as soon as possible, once I've finished I will write you with our findings. The Financial Services Authority allows us 8 weeks to investigate before you(me) have the right to ask the FSA to review the case." 14. Hello All, Just joined the forum, I am Nationiwde customoer and have allready worked out they owe me £681.12. I have sent them copies of letters asking them to refund them and recieved their reply this morning saying that they are not prepared to refund the money as I agreed to their erms and conditions. I have a name and a telephone number with the letter saying if I have any further questions to telephone them. I am willing to take this to court if needed but wanted to ask if I should try calling them on tuesday or not?
