Hi Just a quick up date,i received a letter back from them stating as they have supplied a copy of the credit agreement that i signed,they also included in this letter 2 pages they say are the terms and conditions when the agreement was made,have they now fullfilled there obligation.I am still a bit suspect on what they have sent on 2 matters at least,Point one on the copy of the application form next to the box with gross annual income the other box contains figures of £10,000 these figure have not been entered by me,is this the credit card limit when i took the card out,if it is it's wrong as the limit was far less than that.Point 2 the box they have signed seems to have been copied and pasted in there,i can't make out the person who signed or the date signed http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u230/barns66/MINT55.jpg http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u230/barns66/MINT45.jpg barns66

Quick update on this,i sent a letter pointing out that they seem to have sent me a application form and not what i had requested,waiting to hear back from them.I then got a letter from a dca telling me that they had been instructed to collect the alleged debt from by Rbs mint on the 14th July 2008 that was the same day the letter is dated that they sent with the info shown in photos.I sent the dca a email on Monday pointing out that the account was in dispute with Rsa Mint,they replied informing me that Rbs Mint have never informed them at anytime that the account was in dispute and have returned the account to Rbs Mint.It seems strange to me that they sent it to the dca before i received the info requested,waiting now for further developments. barns66

Hi I had same thing happen to me twice and when i rang my bank up they returned the money to my account,told me to ring the firm up that had taken the money they took all my details,i then informed my bank i had done this and they told me they would look into it.I then received a letter from my bank to let me know the money had been returned and if i got a cheque from the company that had taken it in the first place could i please forward it on to them,never heard anymore about it,i take it that my bank got the money back.Nobody as to hack into your online bank account to set up a direct debit.i understand all they want is you to have sent them a cheque for goods or services as the cheque contains everthing they need to set the direct debit up .i.e sort code and account number,they will have your name and address from the goods or services you have bought from them,fill in a direct debit form and thats it. barns66

Hi Sorry to that you have lost the use of your car and i don't know where you stand on getting it back.I am on the mobility scheme and i always have another nominated driver added on the insurance,just in case i need another driver at some time.If you had phoned them up you could have put the driver on your insurance if they have a clean licence. barns66

Hi I received a letter from Collect Direct (UK) on the 10th June regarding them having bought a debt i had with Littlewoods Finance i never received anything from Littlewoods regarding them selling this debt, i sent a letter to Collect Direct on the 16th June requesting my cca included the postal order for £1 this letter was deliverd and signed for on the 17th June ,i have not heard anything back from them regarding my request for the cca. Hi,just noticed on the letter they sent me that Collect Direct (UK) is the trading style of Improved Financial Solutions Ltd,i did a google search on them and found that they are at the same address as the one given on my letter.I wonder having sent 2 recorded delivery letters requesting the info i require and neither have arrived or not signed for i should now try to get the info addressing my letter to Improved Financial Services. barns66

Hi just a quick update,i had a letter from cabot last week stating that the original lender is experiencing a delay in obtaining my information from their archives,got another one this morning it says that although 24 days have passed since your request,we hope to be able to send the information to you shortly.We shall remind the original lender that your information remains outstanding and should processed as a matter of urgency.We aplogise for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this delay.The status of your account,your account shall remain on hold until further notice. barns66

Just a quick up date,i have sent 2 recorded delivery letters to collect direct u.k at the Horsforth Leeds address given on the letters sent to me, sent the first on the 12th May and the Second on the 31st May and neither seems to have been delivered or they do not sign for them.I also sent them an email and heard nothing from them. barns66

Magda + Ruby,mine is being handled by Collect Direct (UK).I sent them a letter asking them to clarify that the 2 pages where part of the same document and that they contained no t&c,i have not heard back from about this but got a letter this morning saying they are considering sending a personal representative to my home,they will be getting the letter about trespass on Monday,plus another letter for them to provide me with what i asked for,if anybody as any suggestions what i should include in the letter i would be grateful. barns66
  23. I agree Magda,i can't see any evidence either that both are linked and i thought they should have supplied something else, like the terms and conditions at the time the card was taken out but i must be mistaken. barns66
