Curios CURLYBEN is there a different letter for credit cards as i have been doing a variation on the bank charges letter and replacing direct debits for late payments.

need help please have sent a lettter to two of halifax bank credit cards and they are going to send me the statements but they say they cannot deal with the situ as the court case is going through and ideas

Iam claiming from halifax credit card but got a letter yesterday saying everything is put on hold. Can they do that even though it is a credit card with one of the banks in the court case
