  2. I am waiting for statements to arrive, the reason I want my CCA is because I know I have paid a Lot of PPI when I had the card, but for the life of me, cannot ever remember asking for it.

I used to work for sky as an engineer and since moved to a business partner, wont mention the name though. anyway, when i was working for them and came across an elderly person / couple who had indeed paid the £65.00 call out and repair fee, I would often cancel the call down as fault rectified, £65 for a £5 LNB is too much. I would also advise all customers i came across that they should indeed follow the priciple of cancelling their contract rather than pay this fee. Sky dont have a cancellation department, its actually a rentention department. Its their job to keep you as customers, they would rather waiver the £65 fee in favour of possible £500 per year subs. dont ever pay the £65, always follow it through to the cancel stage, 100% they will do it for free
  4. I request a CCA from Cahoot 14 days ago and they sent my cheque back saying they do not charge for cope of CCA what should i don, send the cheque once again with a failure to comply letter. Does anyone know here I can find a CCA failure to comply letter template.

I notice that over the period 07/02 – 06/07 I have been charged £273.39 in -Payment Protection fees .These payments ceased after 02/07. I would like these charges explained please – I have no knowledge of signing any document regarding payment protection. I am therefore requesting ANY documented information regarding this agreement that I presume you will say I had agreed to pay, in the form of paperwork, filed claim form, or verbatim transcript or recording of any conversation regarding this application in line with the data protection act. I have no recollection what so ever of applying for payment protection therefore if you cannot provide any proof then I request my money back - £273.39p , I also wish to claim interest of £229.34p making a total of £502.73p.This being the amount I require as a full refund if proof that I consented to these charges being taken, cannot be found. However, I made a request to you on 30th July 2007 for a copy of the executed agreement applicable to the alleged debt. Under the CCA s77/78, you are obliged to send me a TRUE copy of the actual credit agreement but you have only sent me a copy of some recent terms and conditions. A regulated credit agreement contains all of the prescribed terms, other required information and statements of my statutory rights. Any separate terms and conditions (which should have been referred to in the original agreement) should also be provided to me and must be those applicable at the time that the agreement was signed. I would remind you that under the terms of the CCA 1974 the 12 days for compliance to my original request have now expired, and I have no obligation to pay any more payments until you supply the above TRUE copy of my signed agreement.   17. the problem being, i have asked to see my CCA and they havent sent mine, just a copy of the current terms and conditions. so I am trying to find a standard letter asking for the payments back with the 8% interest. the only letters i can find are in relation to mis sold ppi

  19. must be having a blonde or senior moment, this what I am planning on sending Dear Sir/Madam I am in receipt of the documents that you have supplied in response to my Data Protection Act information request dated 20th July 2007. The disclosure of personal data is incomplete in that at least the following documents are missing. 1) You have failed to provide a complete list of transactions and charges in relationship to my complete banking history with the Halifax. 2) You have provided no notes, or documents relating to any legal action between you and myself. 3) You have provided no notes, or documents relating to instances of manual intervention. This is not an exhaustive list by any means, it is just an example of some of the information I am missing. Accordingly, I have to tell you that you have not yet complied with your obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. The time for compliance with my request has now expired. If you do not comply fully with my Subject Access Request within 7 days, I shall apply to the County Court for an order to enforce compliance, together with damages at the discretion of the court.
