Congrats Jason Hopefully I won't be long behind you!

Sorry I'm confused on the last bit, if I add the court fees in the main claim window, then it adds it on again at the bottom. So is the amount in the claim without the court fees?
-
How do I find out how much the court costs will be to edit that into the claim? "Do you want to reserve the right to claim interest?"
-
thanks again, just submitting the claim now, very scared
-
I can't find that address on any statements we have
-
Oh, then I think I missed my deadline, got wrapped up in Dad's DMP and claim. Ah well I'll let mine slide I think and persue for my parent's charges.
-
Which address is the best one to use and who should the claim be addressed to?
-
Thanks lateralus, that would be really helpful. I'll have a look round in the morning
-
No, this is the next stage that I'm due to carry out if I don't get a reply by Monday. Trying to be prepared
-
How odd, I posted is it MCOL, must have been rushing before dinner Thanks lateralus, will do that Monday morning if need be
-
14 days... is that working days? Just thinking about my next step, and when it'll be
-
How long is the LBA letter given? NatWest have sent a letter saying we are dealing with the request, blah blah blah, but not a huge amount of help.
-
Okay, time's up on my account, no reply. Who do I adress the LBA letter to? Is it the same address?
-
Oh I see, they responded while I was thinking so I'm combining two letters.
-
Okay, we are going for it. What's the next stage?
-
Finished totalling today - £149 so better than nothing, not as much as I thought but better than a kick in the teeth
-
It's the time factor that makes me think twice, and the fact that if my father does have to go to court he'll lose a day's pay which is approx £100 as he is self employed. How long might it take and is there anything that can be done about loss of earnings?
-
Very surprised, got an offer this morning of £508 - now having the to continue or not debate. It's about 73% of the original amount I think
-
No news, but they have just defaulted us because of their credit card. I think I might have to let it lie for now. Until the DMP is sorted
-
I thought so, thanks. We'd cancelled the Advantage Gold but have no proof in writing so guess we are going to have to let that go.
-
Tomorrow is the day, let's see if we get anything
-
It says for the 31st January 2003 (early ones are Advantage Gold charges I think) Charges "03Jan A/C (account number)" and the charge is £6.00 It's the same every month from then on.
-
From October 2002 the statements are no longer marked as Advantage Gold but there is still a £6 charge every month, is this correct?
-
Got the statements today. Just checking interest can't be claimed unless it's alongside a charge right? Gold account - in 2001 - cost £6 a month and then 14.99% ARRANGED over draft
