Hi I wanted to ask if there was a solicitor who would be willing to help me out on a no-win, no-fee basis, to take on a logbook loan company. I do not want to go into too much detail yet as they currently have possession of my car and are known to read these forums, if any one can help I am willing to go as a far as I can and will not give up on this, it is time to get justice and stop these companies milking the financially disadvantaged for everything they can get!!! If anyone can help or knows someone who can, please let me know, I will post more details when I have paid the ludicrous amount to get my car back in my possession and then the real fight can begin. Hi I have a copy of the bill of sale from the court, I just wanted to know if there were any flaws in it I could use to void it. I have been paying MM for years and the always manage to make sure I have to re-sign so I currently still owe more than I initially borrowed even though I have paid back over three times this figure! Have to hide my car everyday which is getting me down and desperate for a way to get rid of these leeches. Sorry for the rant. Is there an easy way to check the BOS as I have looked at the existing guidance on here and I am not too sure Many thanks James

I have sent Barclays my first letter asking for copy statements with a cheque for £10.00. I had my cheque returned with a letter saying my statements would follow. After 40 days I still had no statements so I called Barclays and was told they had no records of my first letter and now would send my statements in the next 28 days. How can I speed this up? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks
