  1. OK, If you have sent a letter of complaint to Rossendales and not got anywhere with it, let start sending our complaints to the "Professional Body" that they belong to the CSA...   3. Right so i rang them, and pushed them for a response how how they would resolve...ended up with the women on the end of the phone hangin up on me.....round 2..the letter we got any good templates on requesting a refund?

Hi, I have a DMP in place, paying montlhy agreed figures, on time every month, looking at my credit file i have several defaults? is this correct , ok whilst ive not been paying the minumum payments, but i have been making payments to the cards/loans in question....... Advice would be most greatful
  8. They said they had been before......they also siad they had sent a letter......still waiting on proof of both.... I'm sure we have a full break down from them its at home atm though.

Back in early November, rosendales barged into my sister inlaws place...refushing to leave untill debt settled or taken all her stuff, simply put we and close family got the money together that day. Now we have a break down of the charges some ridulcose figure of £120 for Van and another £100 for waiting.....they didn;t wait at all they were in in 3 mins...thanks to a silly flat mate (not his fault) Other than the obvious of calling rossendales direct and disptuing the charges, what would you guys here advise on doing should they shun all requests for a refund?

  12. ok bob, i didn't check my wallet, get to the tills and ive only got a £5, the till operater is quiet happey for me to put some stuff back and buy what ia want with what ive got....don;t get the option with a darn card do i!

  14. ok example for u , i go to a high street foood retailer to by my dinner a day before payday, i haven't had time to check my balance but im pretty sure i have £10 in my account, now i spend £9.80 in said store, in fact i had £8.30 avail, now the transaction gets authorised for that and i get charged £38 for unathorised overdraft request, ok the T&C's of my account probably say that that will happen, but i don't have a choice i can't bank else where, where this doens't happen?? how can that be fair.
  15. hear hear....wouldn't be any bank fraud then.....they would have to actually come over from nigeria and pry the cash from my hands....
  16. what a Farce.....Like everyone has said i have to agree the ruling was for one reason...."restoring Big players confidence in the banking system" can;t have the system fail again....tosh why not just keep stalling unitl encomny was in a better posistion??
  17. as i thought, unfutunatley she was given the option o f pay the "enforcement fee" or they take the stuff so she managed to get the money togther thanks to her mum any advice on a route of getting this back? if at all possible.
  18. first vist where they actually got in, silly flat mate let them in. grr to flat mates oh and think they also charged a levy fee foir first vist and a fee for second vist (approx £70 in total, which seems ligit) but to charge an "neforcement fee" on top seems overboard

  20. Hi guys hope you can help, Sister inlaw has just been visted by the bailifs debt was explained . there was a £230 enforcement fee, is this one legal and two the correct amount? Thanks

    Im having a nightmare with egg, sent off my Subject Access Request over 2 months ago, wiht my £10 i got the statements for my current card, i did however have a card back in 2003, which it seems im possible to get to see the statements, Using the private message system at elast im in contact but they keep going in circles telling me they are dealing with it and then suddenly i get another bod telling me to contact the collections department (depsite me having a Agreement inplace) Any advice would be great

    ok, had several egg cards over the years, paid them off and opened new ones a year later, right now i have sent a data requesto egg twice, second time being on the 10 of Feb as far as i am aware they have 40 days to respond, which now we are over... any ideas what i should do next? am i able to force them to provide the data? thanksc slack
