Can anyone advise me please. I recently started a claim for PPI which i was sold when i purchased my car i was basically told that if i didnt take out this insurance then i couldnt have the loan. After talking to someone who i work with she told me that i didnt need this as my work was very secure and that i would still get paid if i was ever of sick. To cut a long story short i put in a claim with Empire Claims and they came back to me saying that First Response had made an offer of £207 which i refused. E mpire Claims rejectd this offer on my behalf. I already paid more than half back off my car loan so i terminated my agreement which i was well within my rights to do. I have been advised that i am due at least £1,000 or a little more i really need some advise .

can anyone help please, i am in the process of reclaiming bank charges totalling £1,190 i recently sent a second letter stating that if they didnt frefund charges that i would start court proceedings. i had a letter back today saying that they would offer me a payment of £970 , i just wondered should i accept this or take it a step further?

i have all my statements and did send a letter stating that i would like my money back. they did reply saying that someone was dealing with my request. then i received another letter today saying that they still cant respond to my concerns. i just wondered what the next step was

Hi can anyone help me please. i am in the process of claiming back £1,195 worth of bank charges. i recieved a letter about 3 weeks ago telling me that someone was dealing with my case and that they would be back in touch shortly. i recieved another letter today stating that they were still unable to respond fully to my concerns at present it then goes on to say they will contact me again asap and certainly no later than 18th of june . please can someone advise what i should at this stage . should i get back in touch or just wait till the 18th of june?

i am in the process of claiming back £1,195 against barclays. i recieved a letter from them last week saying that someone was dealing with my complaint. they said they would get back to me within a couple of weeks. i notice some people are claiming interest as well, can anyone please advise how i claim interest & roughly work out how much the interest would be.

i am in the process of claiming back £1,195 worth of charges. i recieved my statements yesterday and was amazed at the amount they owe me. i am now going to write to the bank and ask for the charges to be returned to me. do i write to my local branch or head office. can anyone please advise.
