Thanks for support. Phoned Customer Relations to check they had received acceptance form (should have received it tuesday). Couldn't tell me if they had or not and it takes up to 14 days for money to be credited to my account. Suggested I contact them after this period and if monies not paid they'll look at it then.

Hi Beetlejuice. Am posting my reply in your thread instead of mine so you can find it easily. I sent all my correspondence to Freepost address in Borehamwood and had no problem. Am sure you can send it recorded if you send it to 225 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1TE if you wish. In another thread, someone took it into their branch to forward on.

Hi Allie. Not so much party time as pay some bills time However, thanks to this I'll be pretty much debt free with a little to spare. It's such a relief as I've been worrying about money for ages. Just to add that I recieved offer one week after LBA went in so hope you do too

Hi. From reading the threads it seems to vary. I sent off prelim on 29 Jan and LBA on 12 Feb. No acknowledgement or reply to any of them. However, all is not lost, it seems some people are having refunds very quickly. You may be one of the lucky ones!!

Hi. As nothing heard at all from NatWest, have today posted LBA with a copy of my prelim letter and schedule. Hope they at least acknowledge this one.

Hi Sent prelim letter and schedule of charges on 29 Jan. No reply as yet. I'm claiming £2880 refund of charges. Seems from other posts that NatWest are taking it to the wire as many seem to be having court dates.
