  1. Thanks Lady Maria ... just had a call from home saying that court have not had questionairre and sent a fresh one. I hand delivered it to the court and got a receipt so will ring to find out where it has gone. Back to the drawing board it looks like:x
  2. 3 weeks now since handing in questionairre to court ... anyone who has court dates, how long did it take to get them? p.s. Come on justin ... spill the peas .... do we all need to buy 3 piece suits and practice saying, "I put it to you..."
  3. Hi ... I returned the questionairre to my local court 2 weeks ago and have not had a court date as of yet ... anyone think I should ring them or does it usually take this long to get a court date? Getting a bit anxious now as no money until payday which is over 2 weeks away and we have little mouths to feed ... counting out the coppers from a draw in kitchen to hopefully have enough for a lucky dip for tonights lottery Pete
  4. Cheers fullyskinted ... Have hand delivered to the courts just now and I got a receipt from them ... wait and see time
  5. It's barclays bank ... i read all the documentation when I got home from work and it wasnt as bad as I first thought. I dont have to pay anymore money as the claim is less than 1500. It is 1300 which includes for back dated interest. When i wrote to them originally I was only seeking 900 ish but they wouldn't deal. Offered 400 and I declined. I am going all the way now to open the box. Wish me luck.
  6. Hi everyone trying to reclaim bank charges ... I knew that the wife and I would be unlucky enough for the banks to file a defence. I now need to find another £100 that I don't have to pay the court costs and await a hearing date. Has anyone else gone this far with their charges or has anyone had to attend court on this matter. I issued claim on line and the court is in Northampton ... I am in Manchester so travel is going to be an issue too. I need some inspiration ... any advice:???: Cheers Pete in Manchester
