  1. Hi, in my experience (and everyone elses by the look of things) i wouldnt pay much attention to ANY deadlines as it sems dg can file as and when they please including defence and aq (for those that are still getting them) as a general rule of thumb they will file a defence at the last minute (b'stards) after which mcol wont let you do anything further as it will then be transfered to your local court. after which an aq might be sent (altho it seems like im the only one lately that had to file an aq ) then (in my case) after the time has run out for them to file, and just when you think you will win by default they file (again as and when THEY please it seems) BUT the good news is you will win and you will get your money back (or so im led to believe - im getting seriously peed of now with their delaying tactics i seriously feel like adding another £1000 in damages to my claim and saying if you dont like it ill see you in court)
  2. lateralus, thought I had better reply here! as its my case! I have sent the nudging letter changing it to say I see you have filed your AQ. I just wondered if they received the same info as I am sure I have read that they have to put all correspondence in your file *which means getting your file out* I presume, which might mean them paying up soon. fingers crossed.
  3. Can anyone tell me if DG receives this same letter from the Court!
  4. Hi received letter from court yesterday (at last some correspondence from somebody) just saying that the judge has read the court file and it is ordered that unless by 27th April the defendant files a completed AQ the defence and any counterclaim shall be struck out without further order. The only thing is I rang court on Monday and they had just filed their AQ, so reckon these must have crossed each other. Sent another nudging letter to DG yesterday, just waiting now.
  5. Hi everyone, AQ was due 1ST April, submitted mine HSBC didn't/ then 2 weeks later 16th April they have submitted theirs. Have phoned court and have been told it is with Judge. So I guess I am now awaiting a court date?
  6. ok i have just got off the phone to the court......it seems dg have filed their aq and it is now waiting for the judge, the lady said it will be a couple of weeks before we hear from them
  7. I really hope so I am not a patient person, and it feels like this has gone on forever. I have had no response from DG at all, which is frustrating, no contact from HSBC, no offers, nothing from the beginning. Hopefully though as you say we might hear something this week.
  8. Hi, whatawoman, AQ due 1st April. Have sent nudge letter, have rang DG - heard nothing. Rang Court, was told same as you. Still waiting.
  9. AQ due date was 1st April. Have sent nudge letter and phoned court and nothing is happening. It is over 14 days now. Court said last week 7-10 for judge to look at it!.
  10. AQ deadline was 1st April. have phoned Court and DG had not submitted their AQ. Have sent the nudge letter to DG and emailed too!, but have still heard nothing from DG. STILL WAITING!!!
  11. my AQ was due on 1st April, and guess what? they didn't file theirs. surprise surprise!! have emailed and posted nudging letter (although I do know I was meant to wait a week or so) but right now I can't be bothered to wait anymore.
  12. my AQ is due 1st April. Actually sent it in on Monday just gone - 26th Feb - (thought I would just get it done). Have had no offers or correspondence from DG at all. So I am a day behind you it would seem.
  13. Hi, AQ due on the 1st April, so day before. Will keep an eye on your progress. Will probably hand in my AQ sooner rather than later
  14. you wont need to print out 600 pages!!! think of the trees you will need to print a few pages, im sure someone will answer as to what but im sure at the moment its likely just the new directions for the aq (read here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/53570-new-strategy-allocation-questionaires.html#post441555 ) usually you can make the changes you need/personalise any forms and save them somewhere online (perhaps email them from computer to a hotmail account) then simply use a computer at the library and open the file and print what ever you need. hope this helps
  15. wel it seems andy is right i still cant press the judgement button yet so AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.... there i feel better now cheers andy for the info, altho im not sure but wont they have till the following monday rather than the friday?
  16. I keep pressing it, just for fun, but nothing as of yet. They will probably enter defence at midnight. I am waiting up just in case they forget. If they don't file a defence tonight will I win or can they apply for more time to enter their defence ?
  17. 28 days is up today!!. getting ready to do the AQ. Looks like thats the way it's going. Haven't heard anything from anybody since started claiming, just one letter with the leaflet to read!! from Colin.
  18. Hi mate, i think now you sit back and wait for them to file a defence (i think its 28 days from date of issue), sit back and read up as its now a wait, they have till monday for me !!!!!!! if no defence is entered i think you can apply for judgement by default. hope this helps
  19. thanks laterlus for your quick reply. Date of issue would be 12th Feb then. Copies already sent to court, will post copy to DG. Undestand they are filing defence at last minute! Mrs Jones here so I am trying to get a grips with it myself. Once defence is filed what happens then?
  20. received my acknowledgement today. Can anyone give me info for timelines. The acknowledgement of service copy is dated 13th feb signed by Deb D'Aubney, and the box intend to defend is ticked. Do I have 28 days from this date? What will happen next. Can anybody help. thanks.
