  3. just started collating charges details, have worked out which charge sheets i need and really up for the challenge, scary thing is i didnt realise it was so much... am working only on cheque returns, returned std orders and d/d should i be looking at more? also started off the parachute account and once this is underway going to have a go at my old sole trader account with nat west as there is some stuff there too. Do i treat that as a individual or business account right off we go.... skinty
  4. ok thanks for that. i have read briefly all of the notes and it looks like my claim is likely to be around the £5000 mark before interest (spent a while going back through mounds of statements both last night and this morning. i will be taking thngs slowly and have some experience of attending county court to fight things as i found last year that unbeknown to me lombard had put 2 individual ccj's on me for alledged non payment of personal guarantees relating to ex company cars for a firm i was involved in. they had been sending letters to an address we had not lived at for 6 years although they had corresponded with us at our current address. won one case and had judgement wiped out and second case lombars solicitors withdrew prior to attending court and that was withdrawn also. but this looks a bit more complicated to me. I have read throught the basic info and will do again but am still unsure if i can claim back all charges or just a proportion of them, sorry if i sound a bit dim skinty
  5. sowhat exactly can i claim back? is it all charges and interest for not paid direct debits, charges for bounced cheques and interest or is it only a proportion of them? also reading some of the posts can i claim back interest on these charges as well? also can i claim charges on accounts that are now closed or is it just ones that i have now thanks for your time skinty
  6. having been hammered again by lloyds tsb for chargeson our account whilst financially struggling we have decided to see if we can do something about it. it seems that because we have been struggling and pay etc has been overlapping with payments in we have been charged at the worst case something like £400 in a month. we have been struggling at one level or another for a good few years. are we likely to get anywhere with lloyds tsb? we have been with the for something like 18 years and have in the past asked them for help.... none offered. skinty..
