Got as far as the LBA which was sent 12 December 2006, they obvously took a while to reply because of the Xmas hols and the backlog. For anyone starting out, be patient and hold out - they are obviously being bombarded with claims

Good News this morning - have been offered a full settlement of £3K in respect of my outstanding charges:lol: :lol: Another one for the little guys. For all those with pending claims don't give up and hang in there!

Looks like it's the standard letter, I got the same one today acknowledging my letter from the 29 November 2006. They're obvoiusly swamped given the recent media coverage:rolleyes:
