I too have received a further demand for payment from this firm. THIS TIME OFFERING TO REDUCE A NON EXISTANT DEBT BY 40% I am choosing to use the envelope to post various bits of junk mail back to them. Very childish I know but at least they have to pay the postage. Even if they are closed down they will re-emerge from the slime as another name. Don't give them anything.

Keep up the good work you guys. I have received two more letters from these nasty people and have chosen to send the envelpoes back to them with other piaces of junk amil. Petty I know but as the envelopes are prepaid at least they end up paying the postage. All the advice gives good, either ignore or ask for details of the debt. I have chosen to ignore so that I can keep sending the junk mail back at their expense. :D

Thank you guys(and Gals) for the support and advice given so far. I will follow that advice and fully expect to see that they give up.... What a [problem]... even if people send in the £1 and £10 needed to resolve the issue they still make money. Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you.

I have just had a letter fromMacKenzie Hall stating I owe to them, via the Lovell Group the sun of £1200 on a Barclaycard that I have never had I did a credit report and my score is excellent with 971/100 and there are no defaults or CCJ's. I have replied in an informal way asking for documentary evidence, as the phone call resulted in them telling me they did not need to supply that information to me. HELPHELP

Just joined this site and it is very scary as to what these leeches can do. I have had a letter from McKenzie Hall stating that I owed £1200. When I phoned they would give me no information except to say it was a debt I owed to Barclaycard. I have never had a barclaycard , informed them of this but they refused to say what the debt was for and threatened to take me to court. It appears these people can simply send out letters demanding money with threatening words without giving any documentry evidence. I have replied and awaith their response. McKenzie Hall is associated withe Lovell Group so it may be that the supposed debt ahs been passed on again. :-x
