Hello All, Well i have had capquest chasing me from Aug 06 and in Oct 06 get a letter saying account on hold until they found my agreement etc and never heard anything!!! Until now i have just recieved another debt letter and thank god i kept ALL OLD CORRESPONDANCE to prove it. So whatever you all do keep it all its been over a year for me and they have still come back. Gallb

Hi all i had letters tis time last year from capquest debt recovery for a debt i dont have i sent several letters stating this debt is not mine and asked for proof they sent me a letter saying it was on hold for a week in november last year and i never heard anything else untill today! They are now again threatening legal action ANY ADVICE?
