I Recieved The First Letter Back Saying That They Are Owe Me Nothing. This Is My Second Letter From The Bank Stating That They Have Reopened The Complaint And A Further Review Is Being Undertaken. They Understand My Initial Complaint Was Not Fully Investigated And No Refund Of Charges Levied To The Account. They Hope To Get Back To Me Shortly At The Latest Within The Next Four Weeks. i have recently been down to my local sheriff court to pick up documents i might need. i spoke to an in court attorney who is ment to help with advise for cases such as these. he had no idea what i should do. he advised me to contact a solicitor to claim legal aid as i am on benefit and i could get hit with court bills if i am unsuccesful. i contact my solicitor and they seem to be stumped also. what do you advise
