:) Hi Ginger68, I was shocked at the amount they owed me aswell thought it might be about 2000, when all added up 4500, i dealt direct with my local branch and had a full refund after my LBA. So good luck:lol:

Hello, everyone with thanks to this site it has given me the courage to attempt a claim of 4334.00 from the RBS, my statements arrived within 4 days after sending the S.A.R letter to my local branch. Spent a few boring evenings highlighting charges,and have now posted my prelim letter, fingers crossed and good luck to everyone else.
