  2. Would you recommend I wait a few more days as Saturday was 40days from when they received it before I send non compliance
  3. Hi Everyone, I have sent SARs off to HSBC, MBNA, EGG, Barclaycard, MINT and HBOS on Februrary 16th. I received my SAR back from HBOS very quickly which showed PPI so I am claiming as I have been self employed since I was 18. Mint has also returned theirs which shows no ppi. I have not received anything from the others. HSBC has not even cashed the cheque!! but I sent it recorded delivery and they received it on the 20th Feb. I know SARs have to be responded to in 40 days but is that 40 working days or just 40 days Confused
  4. Thank you, Should I put the calculation sheet in with my claim letter? ( Sorry for all the questions this is my 1st one)
  5. I finally stopped in Dec 2005 as all the statements after that had a zero balance, So being realistic what can i roughly expect to get from them, Would it be just the PPI or would I get simple 8% or can I expect the compound interest too. I have been self employed since I was 18 years old so it was definatley a mis sell
