I think it is worth it cos its also telling the bank that you are serious about taking them to court and if you do win then it will be added to your total amount repayable by lloyds

tyinuk, i know what you mean about things being scary my first letter to lloyds was sent on 8th jan and i've just sent my allocation questionaire to the courts cos they are not playing ball, but i think as long as you stick to your guns seen as this money you are claiming is yours by law then fingers crossed you'll get the outcome you want. good luck and i hope things go well for you

Just another question, when i sent my claim form to the court i had put on the court fee of £120 which they added to the total of my claim, when i sent my aq off i had to write a cheque out for £100 if i win do i get this £100 back? do they add it onto my total claim or do i have to request for this money if so how do i go about doing this?

well AQ has been sent off today with Draft Order, fingers, toes and everything else crossed that it goes my way

so when i send this on wednesday i have 14 days from 7th to prepare a,b,c & d on the claiment side and send that off to the court by the 20th march?

So do i fill in the Draft order for directions and attach that to my AQ and also in section G do i copy the Passage for section G - 'other information' The Claimant proposes the attached draft order for directions, for the courts due consideration. etc etc?
