I've filled out and printed off the N1 Court form for my claim. However i see there is a money claim form, would this be a better option? Also can someone clarify what should be entered in this fields? My charges are £545 + £157.07 (8% interest APR) court fee is: £80 Totals is: 782.07 Thanks for any help.

Why is no one claiming the contractual rate of interest???

Quick question: I'm with Halifax, should I be claiming Interest debited on my account? Its listed after each "Charges as Notified". :-|
