I have broadband at home via BT. The problem started when I did'nt have enough to pay the quarterly charge for the broadband (117.00), they wrote to me asking to pay, but I cannot do this at the moment, therefore they have now landed me with a bill for the whole contract amount (558.00) within 14 days or there sending the boys around. I know I'm in the wrong, but what can I do, i'm not paying for something I dont have or have had. Any help appreciated.
