Hi Buzby thanks for the advice, just to go over a few things. ....at this moment i am paying my bill by cheque.( with the £4 spell lifted for now) I do have internet banking so if i'm right, your saying to pay future bills thro my internet bank, yeah! when i contact after the next £12/15 has been paid to reclaim it i tell them it could be refunded under an ongoing offer??????? wont they ask me what offer. ps whats your view on moving to tiscali

Hi all, ref ntl d/d payments. I have been getting stung by them for not paying by d/debit and after reading threads on this forum, i contacted them and a helpfull operator suggested that if she cancelled the direct debit for three months, and if the bills where correct would i consider signing up to d/d. i said I would give it a try. Well! first off, as if by magic the bills did come out correct and i have just got to the end of my 3 months trial period, so what do i do now, sign up or what? I dont want to sign up cos i still do not trust them with having access to my account. any suggestion please. den
