I am commencing claims against Lloyds TSB for my own personal charges, but I also own two Limited Companies who have paid out a fortune in charges. I wrote to Lloyds asking for the charges history and enclosing my £10, but they replied stating that the right of access does not apply to Limited Companies. As far as anyone knows, can I still progress a claim on behalf of a Limited Company and should I do so in the same way as my personal claim??
