i had a creditcard with lloyds tsb trustcard visa, and i have my 10 fee in hand ready to post, but i looked at the template letter, it includes figures, which i dont have.. so do i edit the letter, or is there a next one.

hsbc just contacted me about my overdraft and when can i pay back, that plus what i gone over about to send them letter requesting bank charges, oh dear

the bank i am with is hsbc. the other bank is barclays bank. but my main charger is hsbc. and yes they have offered me a loan but not taken it as yet, why? what difference does it then make.

hi i take it this is the first letter to send for a business bank charge claim, to which i am only put in all forms of charges and no interest charges.

hi was wondering is the letter to request a copy of business bank charges different to that of personal banking letter. and what exactly makes applying for business bank charge process different also i had a lloyds tsb trust card visa. which was terminted about 2 years ago but now i am paying back to a debt company can i still claim charges from this. also had an old business bank accoun, which was closed in 2004, can i also claim these charges. some times its hard to find the exact answers in the forum, sorry if these quests already asked

i had to take time out but thwe banks have not still in bank charge city. but however i am about to read through the material and put my head down in the books.

for the last 2 to 3 years this banks has charged never ending but some how i managed by chance to hold in to statements and letters of charges. as for the trustcard visa that was also over charged is anyone also taking on them.

at a count i will have to take on 3 banks on 4 seperate claims. also did anyone buy the books reccomened.
