okay, i know i shouldnt say but... as i have now started working there again, when i go into Mrs Smiths account screen, i have the option to order stationary... under this tab i can choose to send her a copy of the credit agreement and various other items at the push of a button, i ASSUME these are what are being sent out by the customer service advisors and NOT original signed credit agreements... only a thought -
Wescot contacted me also, i told the lady that i was waiting on a SAR from 20th feb, ( this was beggining of May) so she said she would put my account on hold for 2 weeks.... not heard anythingback again
-
I wouldnt count on it .... I SAR'd them on 20th Feb, sent them a non-compliance on 26th April, only to get back a screen print of my account... see my thread here.. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/telecoms-mobile-fixed-broadband/65119-telewest-now-virgin-media.html

I must admit to being naughty with both my bank and my hubbys bank and having claimed back charges paid back once or twice...
-
oops double post
-
this was a result of a non-compliance letter as i stated i sent the the original SAR on the 20th feb, non-compliance on 25th may, so they are well over thier 40 days.
-
I assume then, that no replies means this letter is okay and guess i will send it later on today
-
Right, just got this throught the post this morning.... Click small pic to make it big enough to read... So i thought i would reply with this... Any thoughts?

Okay so i owed ebay £57.54 unfortunately was unable to pay it and they passed it to a DCA called Robinson, Way and Company Limited. The balance now stands at £72.54. Question is.... as I did not sign a Credit Agreement can this debt be upheld? i.e. can I CCA thier ass and ask them for a signed true credit agreement? and yes i am trying to dodge this debt, and no it isnt for goods bought, its for the listing fees and such. Thanks Skye

Hey I used to work for littlewoods finance, actually starting again there end of may, hated phoning customer at xmas asking them for the debt repayments. was a horrible job, and there would always be *charge* *charge* *charge* *payment* *charge* *charge* it was really bad! some of the more mature debts had £1000's of debt on them!!! I say claim them all back! be ruthless! -
great thanks!

Quick update, just called to chase up the SAR, and she said that they only hold information for 2 years, as this is all they are legally required to do. She also advised me to send SAR to NTL Matrix Court, PO Box 333 Swansea SA9 3SE Any Thoughts?
